Noisier after bump

I was so pleased that my steering wheel was right side up that I went for a 
nice drive in the country.

I took a bump too fast and heard something crunch on the road.

And then the car seemed to be louder.

I got out and looked for missing mufflers and things like that.  Didn't 
find any missing pieces.

It seems to be louder only when accelerating hard, and it seems to be 
coming from the engine compartment on the right side.

Any ideas?
