They are the right carbs.

The needles that came with my HS2's where type BO maybe that what the
are just hard to read.

Yes, the front and rear jets should not be the same due to the angle
that the engine sits. If the same jets were to be used the rear carb
will run richer than the front, making it very difficult to tune them.
