Sorry,
I may have been unclear.
Change *both* carbs by 1 flat at a time, in order to
preserve the relative mixture strength.
So procedure is:
1) Adjust front carb 1 flat
2) Adjust rear carb 1 flat
3) Write down the change
4) Test
5) Repeat steps 1-4 as needed
