The largest British car manufacturer is LTI International - they produce
taxicabs. Remember that Rover has not been a British company since it was
bought by BMW. Were we to consider any foreign owned company making cars in
Britain as being British, we would be able to include Ford, Honda, Nissan,
etc - each of these produces more cars in Britain than TVR.
I hope everything works out at Rover, but my main (self centred)
concern is for BMIHT who are responsible for the heritage of our cars,
