Did you tighten up the control arm bushing bolts with the car at normal ride
height with all the weight on it or with the front end in the air and the
control arms hanging? You should tighten them with all the weight on and
normal ride height or the bushings will bind and could rise the front a bit.
When I did mine , I left all  the bolts loose and drove it up and down the
driveway a few times so everything could settle, then tightened all the
bolts with the weight on.
