Paul,
Unless you have a very secure hardtop, I wouldn't worry about door
locks. About the best thing you can attempt to do with a convertible is
to scare the culprit away with a blaring siren when he does get in. You
can also add motion detectors and sensors on the boot lid and bonnet.
