K, guys, hold on....... please?
What's a poor GT6 owner to do? The "6 pack" club cater s to TR6's and has
little involvement with the "spitfire on steroids". The spitfire club,
proposed, has not yet recognised the GT6 as the "production version of the
LeMans Spitfire".
And the name. North American Spitfire (that's N.A.S....) we need a "T" and
a "Y" - so we could call ourselves the "NASTY" club. Triumph would work,
but how do we work in a "Y"?!?
As for dues, we have a good thing in the lists (Thanks Mark) and a
"reasonably good thing" in the VTR (sorry, in my mind, as a Canadian they
seem somewhat separate as I can attend few of the discussed events - though
I'm looking forward to the Wisconsin regional).
What if we got the list guy, and the decal guy and the shirt guy together
and proposed a "one time fundraiser"? For a nominal one time contribution,
sort a like Public Television, you could get these cool gifts......except it
would not be an annual thing.
