Cumberland Falls in Tennessee is one of the few places in the world where you can actually see a "moon bow" when the full moon is bright. I've seen it myself. Still the most awesome thing I've seen from my Spitfires has been the Aurora Borealis in Sept of '82 near Arlington, Oregon; and a fireball meteor about 3 weeks ago here in central Illinois.
