I would go along with it being a kid's prank except that the passenger side,
rear bumper guard for my '77 is not listed in the catalogs. I imagine the
same can be said for Fred's '78. I know that the part numbers aren't there,
because I need one. But I promise Fred, it wasn't me.

Man, that SUCKS big time! It might have been kid prank rather than someone
in need of the parts. I guess I'll have to make sure I renew my contract
with the "Bruno & Guido" automobile protection agency, and also make sure
that my Uzi has a full clip in it. :)

Subject: why me
Listers, my dailey driver is a 78 1500, I cover & uncover it about 5 times a
week, went out this a.m. to Wal-Mart to pick-up some pictures that were in
for developing, when I came out and walked up to my car, something looked
wrong, it was, the rear rubber bumper guard on the passenger side was
missing. I know it was there when I left home because I would have noticed
if it were not, when I uncovered the car. Well so much for the B.G., walk
around to get in the car, and the driver door mounted rear view mirrow is
missing. I cannot ever remember having anything stolen off of any of my cars
in over 20 years, and 2 pieces in one day. How the H@#$ do you get a B.G.
off in a parking lot that quick, well sure hope they feel better for the
holiday season. "FT"
