Don't do it! Doug is going to get you into lots of trouble. Never (or only
as a last resort) lie to your wife about something they know more about than
you do. Consider the end result: she might start doubting the $5 you spent
on a new water pump or the $20 for wire wheels or some of the other slight
exaggerations some of us might make when answering the question, "How much
did you spend on that thing?"
Be careful ;)
