Monthly Update of the Spitfire Database

Yes, folks!  The monthly update is completed.  There are new photos,
more cars on the database, a new tip (recycled).  For those who have
submitted data during the past month (or before), the car should be
there.  If it is not, let me know, there might be a problem.
