Exhaust transplants?

Will a 1500 manifold/exhaust fit on a '72 1300 MkIV (I have the 1500
exhaust in the parts pile).  The Monza that came on the car is too loud for
me (and my neighbors, but that's another story).

Alternately, any aftermarket recomendations?  I'm interested in something
with more performance (I have dual SU's, perf cam, and .030 off the head),
but with a bit more civilized note.  How're the Rimmer systems?
