Yeah,
I also have HS4s and a header and am worried about the heat of the headers
under the carbs. I did buy a header wrap, but decided against using it. I
also have a heat shield, but it's for the later single stromberg. My current
thinking is to buy a metal brake from JC Whitney and bend and shape a sheet
of metal to fit. It would be nice if there was some specs or a pic for a
guide. I did see one on the net some time ago, but don't remember the
address. I suppose that I'll make a dummy of cardboard first and play around
a little.
