The suffix letters equate to the following:
U= Standard suffix for North American Market (Federal) cars
O= Overdrive installed
C= California Emissions
There is no UE but there are HE suffixes on the engine number meaning
High Compression
Earlier models as well as cars destined for markets outside of the US
have "L" meaning Left hand steering.
