Listers, I feel the need to vent some frustration!!!!!!

There have been many threads in the past about poor service from a supplier
but I wish to let it be know that Rimmer has, yet again, screwed up an
order on me.

It seems that their export sales feel no need to give a customer any
information about their order and their shipping department feels no need
to pack all the items ordered!  How can a company stay in business with
this shoddy service?

I specifically ordered some things because I could get matching paint in
aerosol cans.  They didn't inform me that they couldn't ship them through
the post and so just left them off the order.  Most of the other items I
purchased were more expensive than the big 3 and seem to be of inferior
quality.

Anyone else have this trouble with Rimmer or is it just me?

On the other hand, Vic Brit sent me an order that was complete, well
packaged and received in only 2 days even though they had quoted 6-8 days.
Now that's what I call service!
