As any of the Spitheads, Listers, et. al. will tell you, there is a wealth
of information and parts sources on-line. Log onto the Vintage Triumph
Register (VTR) site and find Triumph specialists, clubs, classifieds, and a
host of links about your car. Join the VTR and get some cool stuff. Two
good parts suppliers are Moss Motors and Victoria British, Ltd. Any of the
parts you mentioned are available through these suppliers.
The VTR site will help you find just about anything you need. Get a Haynes
Automotive Repair Manual for the Spitfire at your local auto parts store or
bookstore. It's a pretty comprehensive guide for the do-it-yourself
