dunno that I'd actually pay what they're asking for it, but griot's garage
has a microbial concrete cleaner that eats oil. biodegradable, too, if
you're sweating it. perhaps for a few small spots in the garage, but a
large stain? I'd go with the dry concrete or mineral spirits the list
suggested. or a bigger, badder pressure washer. I used one a few years
ago that peeled off oil stains no sweat.

Subject: Oil Stains?
Folks, I need to get 1 or 2 spots of oil off the floor of my driveway. OK
so it's really 10-15 spots and covers about 6 square feet. I can't seem to
get it off. We've tried that powery-pebbly stuff I can't remember the name
of (Dry-somethingorother). And I've tried a pressure washer, and I've
tried
muriatic acid. Nada. THe acid worked a little if I scrubbed it with a
scrub brush really hard for a long time.
Any ideas?
Michael
