Oil, Brake & Clutch fluids - opinions

I would like your opinions on motor oils and brake and clutch fluids.

Motor oil:  Brands,  Weight/Viscosity,  Synthetics,  Synthetic blends.

Brake & Clutch fluids:  Brands,  Type (DOT),  Silicone
