Up here in Minnysotah, the only vehicles that have to pass an emission test
are those registered as 1976 or later, in the metropolitan seven county
area, and wearing normal (not collector) plates.  And the legislature
recently scrapped most of those tests.  (Didn't follow it too well because
my daily drivers are 1964 and 1970 vintage.)  Would appreciate any info (or
links to info) on other state's (country's) requirements for an article I'd
like to do for Triumphs & Tribulations, newsletter of the Minnesota
Triumphs.  Are those MOT tests as weird as I've heard?
