Reid,

I did this conversion on my 77 Spitfire and have passed California smog with
it. I just went through a pre-test yesterday under the new smog controls and
everything checked out fine. As far as mounting it, I have a bracket hanging
down under  the dash to the right of the steering column. It's nothing fancy
and I can't remember if the bracket itself came with the choke kit or if I
got it separately; but I _think_ it came with the kit.
