vacuum advance questions answered

Hey all,

I had posted some questions last week regarding vacuum advance on the Lucas
distributor,  I found a URL that looks like it was generated by the TR6
list that answered all my questions and a lot more, so I thought I'd share
it, many of you are probably aware of it already but for those who aren't:
