I know a fellow out here who will sell you a rolling spitfire
for $250 ;-) It probably leaks oil too, if theres any left.

But unless you can show the leak was a result of previous
dealer service, thats probably as good a deal as you'll get.

It wouldn't hurt to try to go farther up the GM hierarchy. 
The local head office doesn't want people thinking their dealers
provide piss poor service.
