I stripped the old vinyl of the original door panels and made a template on
1/8" hardboard (that's what it's called) that I had picked up at the local
hardware / lumber store. With the template, I marked all the door clip
holes and drilled them all out. I plan on using new door panel clips (that
you can get from VB) to attach to the car.
I got tan colored felt and tan colored cloth from the clothing store for
about 4 dollars a yard.
The other materials used was 3M adesive spray and Scotchguard.
I figure I'm out about 20 dollars so far for all the panels in the car.
