That's wierd about the Arizona emissions. When I was at school in AZ a
friend of mine had no trouble passing emissions with his '79 280z. It too was
a california car being registerd in AZ. He said it was the easiest thing. A
lady walked around the car asked if the lights worked and asked the number of
cylinders and if the engine was original. It seemed that the whole system was
on an honor code!
