You can just hammer the studs out, you don't need a new hub.

Subject: [Shotimes] Re: Earl's stainless brake lines
My bad. I failed to look carefully enough to notice that the end fitting is
threaded BOTH inside and out, so it is both male and female. (Make your
jokes off-list.) The inner (female) threads match those of the factory
hose. The outer (male) threads and locknut serve in place of the factory
clip to attach the hose end to the car's mounting bracket.
The hoses are on and the system bled. Brake pedal is rock hard. [Note to
The VOD, yeah, I know, bleeding and new hoses, etc.] Just gotta replace a
rear hub (snapped studs) and she's good for the convention.

I bought a set of Earl's stainless lines from Jegs. The Earl's part number
I received is 28B460ERL and the sticker on the package says "95-95 Taurus
SHO".
Problem: The stock hoses have a female end on them, about 3/8" diameter,
fine thread. The Earl's hoses have a male end, what looks like a 1/2"
coarse thread, maybe NPT.
