my case, my saw is stored in a corner of the garage, with stuff around it.
to get it out, I need to move it right, then away from the back wall, and
then swivel it 90 degrees. Impossible to do with two swivels, but pretty
straightforward with four. (as I mentioned, I put two kits together to
make that happen, biut there are kits with four swivels) I only lock two
of the wheels in storage, but do all four in use, easy enough to do with
the toe of a boot. my band saw is on a two swivel base, because it just
gets pushed against the wall.
