Those Amazon models look pretty plasticky - I double they would survive a
400 lb. tool, especially the $23 model.
I have two of this Bora model: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PATV14A.
One holds my bandsaw, and the other my mini-mill and
the chest of drawers (full of tools) it stands on. They work great, and my
mini-mill setup probably weighs 400 lb.
