Otherwise you will have odd bits of about 8" by whatever left over. One sheet: 24 sides and bottoms (all 12x16) Second sheet : 20 short sides (12x12) and 3 sides/bottoms (12x16). That gives you 9 boxes, with two short sides (12x12) left over. If they have to be 20", then it gets trickier. Is SketchUp still a thing?
