Just read the angle at zero mark and ignore the vernier. That should
give you the angle in degrees. If you want you can guess the fractional
degrees, though for wood working degrees is close enough. Most likely
the saw doesn't have that precise of an angle setting. Even if it did,
wood moves with moisture and temperature so if you got it perfect it
will be off the next day.
