Sort of. POTS single-line phones will work fine on T568B. Two line
phones may, or may not. It depends on how the cross connect stuff is
done.
If you're doing a new installation, go with T568A. There's very
little reason not to; it's the preferred solution, and I expect T568B
will eventually die.
