*The good news is that ALL these discussed light options are gonna get blown
into the weeds by the LEDs which are making big improvement in white light
output and lowered costs . . . a business news article says we'll have them
in affordable household application in late '07 or '08.  I have a Chinese
flex-neck LED flashlight that'll get in those under-dash locations now.*
