I don't know if you watch Mythbusters, but they proved that certian smells
can not be removed from a vehicle. (they used a rotting pig.)
They tore the car apart and tried cleaning it, but no dice.
I would work with the dealer. Some of them are pretty good about that
stuff. Don't call them with a "you better fix it attitude," as that will
get you no where.
Used the "I really liked working with you guys, and would plan to in the
future, but I'm having this little issue, that I'm sure you can fix
easily."
After that, I've seen systems that can removed mold from a car (it
requireds a professional rig.) That would be an option B.
