Yup same here.... Used to live in Dayton, Ohio; now in Asheville
NC. There are gas stations, Lowes etc that swap out tanks for a premium price.
But all the places that fill yours put them on a scale, fill to a
weight, then charge per a volume meter (in gallons) on the pump. In
NC I've paid $10 to $15 for a 20lb tank the last year or two.
