Pioneer Steel Buildings

Anyone on the list have a shop like this? 
http://www.pioneersteel.com/home.php A guy near my house has built one 
and it is very impressive. Completely free span with no trusses. The 
skin doubles as the frame. Simple tools can be used to build one.

If the development I live in didn't have a restrictive covenant against 
steel outbuildings, I'd be building one for myself. As it is, my good 
friend will start construction on one next year.
