I'm sure it voids everything, causes cancer, and makes you spotaneously
combust, but every "real" mechanic I've ever talked to ran their shop air
around 110 - 125 psi.

Heat always works. Particularly if you're replacing wheel cylinders /
calipers / other parts that don't like to get melted.
