Yes, but I don't think you want to mess with it.  Few years ago there was a
big fire near here, lots of extremely noxious orange smoke.  Turns out it
was at a plant that powdercoated wheels, someone left the wheels in the
stripper too long ...

There might be something gentler, I don't know.
