I had a similar problem in my house - same construction.
You can get some "house jacks" that will fit under the house.
These are basically screw type vertical jacks. I placed a
2x6 or someother similar heavy piece of wood under the joists,
and jacked the jacks until the real joists were lifted to
a "level" position, and the floor stopped bouncing.
