Spotweld cutters

Does anyone have any recommendations of spotweld cutter.
Eastwoods sells two kind. One which looks kind of like
a stubby spur point sheetmetal drill and another which
looks like a small holesaw. To see what I'm trying to

Any advise would be appreciated.
