On a body work list someone suggested the use of a "MIG welder Adaptor" to
spot heat sheetmetal to shrink a stretched section.
I'm aware of the heat, hammer and cool method of shrinking sheetmeatal but
have always seen it done with a torch.
Anyone familiar with a MIG welder adaptor that is used to heat but not weld
the metal?
This would seem to be a good way to shrink metal since I've been told that
shrinking works best if you keep the cherry red spot as small as possible.
