Which is the same reason that pV=nRT doesn't tell you what the outlet
temperature is.
If I just follow the ideal gas law, I can put 5 times the pressure into 1/5
the volume, and not raise the temperature at all !
However, I was talking about the temperature at the outlet of the holding
tank, not at the outlet of the compressor itself. I chose the wrong words
(and my spell checker stupidly didn't catch it <g>).
