They are, that's why I posted it... SV labor costs are higher.
It'd be interesting to see what the same building costs
in Texas. You can find out on their web site (or email
me a valid TX zip code and town and I'll do it).
It's also for a wood-frame building, which is more
expensive than (most) metal ones. Dunno about your wife, but
mine sort of balks at the idea of a metal building.
I told her that it'd help complete the "survivalist compound" look
but she's not buying it. :-)
