Have seen any number of wood frame > buildings pulled down when overstressed. This is a great feature for some of us. My shop is a smallish 24x40, but it often needs to accommodate 3 cars and a PWC. I also had a 1100-lb formula car that I needed access to infrequently. I was able to store it overhead with a $50 chain hoist. |
