I remember seeing a fairly new set up for the glass blocks that uses a vinyl
gasket material, You could probably take up the excess space with either a
mild steel or aluminum channel, but that would probably be rather expensive.
It has been a while since I have played with the glass blocks so I assume
that you measured them at 12 inches and that they aren't really 11.75 inches
or something like that. I guess you could also build up with mortar mix
like they used to d.
