I bought one. I have an '87 Ford F-350 diesel, but the CD only addresses the
gasoline engine models. I also bought a Haynes manual, and I have to say that
the Haynes manual is much more useful. The big advantage of the CD is that it
also has all the service bulletins for your vehicle, which can help if you
have a mysterious problem that doesn't seem to be addressed by the regular
manual.

I suppose it is worth the $20, but just barely. If I had to choose between the
Haynes manual and the CD, I would choose the Haynes manual.

The CD is produced by AllData <http://www.alldata.com>, and they also have a
commercial version with every vehicle and regular updates (for about $2800 a
year!). Some service stations and auto parts places have it and can print out
a particular page or two for you, if you are on good terms with them.
