Shop Manual on CD

Wondering if anyone has experience with Popular Mechanic's auto repair
manual on CD-ROM?

Purchase price is $18-20 which gives access to one car's manual. (It then
costs extra to access additional info such as service bulletins.) If the
info in the manual is truly model/year specific it might be worthwhile. If
it is more like a Chilton's and tries to cover a range of models/years I
would be less interested.
