There are several makes and styles of 60 gallon tank/compressors on
the market. Durability (cast iron, cyl liners, splash lube or oil
pump, etc) and cubic feet per minute at 90 psi are relevant variables
to consider. Also some tanks are blessed by some "alphabet" agency
and some are not. Harbor Freight offers several makes at any given
time along with free shipping. Before you buy you might check out
Harbor Freight's website catalog (but buy by phone cuz it is much
faster in turnaround). I have never heard of anyone who bought too
big a compressor or too large a tank and wished s/he had smaller. The
setup you are talking about will just about run a sand blaster with
the smallest orifice at 50% cycling. If you are driving your
compressor 100% you are going to shorten its life, although in
hobby-ist use that may not be a real problem. Make sure you have a
220 volt supply of suitable amperage for your compressor. =20
