Drill sharpener

Anyone know of a drill bit sharpener that will really work for 1/8" to
1/2" sizes and doesn't cost a fortune.  I tried a neighbor's sharpener
he got at Home Depot for about $40.00 made by Plasplug.  It worked ok
for very small bits but made a mess of anything above about 3/16.
