Source for Good prices on OTC tools?

I would like to purchase a camshaft bearing installation
tool.  OTC has one but the suggested list is over $400.
because this is a threaded pulling type tool, not the
commonly available hammer-it-in-or-out tool.

Any leads to a OTC tool source would be appreciated.
