Almost like a Phillips.  If you have come across some slightly-funky 
Phillips screws on British or European cars/equipment, they are probably 
pozidrive.  Some folks grind on a Philips screwdriver to make it work 
better, but the best way would be to get a real pozidrive screwdriver.
