If you can't cut it off use a large ballpeen hammer and hammer around
the drum to loosen it on the hub and use lots of penetrating oil at the
axle hub and lug bolts That is where it is most likely stuck use some
Big pry bars to pry on the back side of the drum wile harming on the
drum and the axle hub caution is used when hammering on the axle hub you
don't want to swell it up. If that don't work
Cut it off with a 4" grinder the drum probably is not any good anyway
and the brake hardware wont be in the best of shape either just be
careful with the backing plate and axle hub.
